Can't get ORBX Proxies to work

I load an ORBX Proxy but can not get it to work either in 2020.1 RC2 or 2019.15. Is their some other steps I need to take that is different from earlier versions? All I used to do was load the ORBX into the tab in Octane Properties. That still works for me in 2019.1.4 / 18.6 (for Blender 2.79a). I can not get it to work in any of the Belnder 2.8 releases.
Is this feature supposed to be working?

Can any dev respond to this, or do I need to submit a help ticket?
Thanks.

Can you share the ORBX file that is not working? I've tested mine and it is working fine with latest release.

See attached zip.
Only the version from 2019.1.4-18.6 for Blender 2.79b works on my system. The newer ones for Blender 2.8 don’t. They just render my Proxy box as is. I even tried changing all the Mesh types to no avail. I’m thinking it has to be something strange with my system.
The ORBX was created with Octane Stand Alone 2019.5. I included the OCS for that as well - just a very simple test scene.
Thanks for checking on your end!

You are using a Geometric primitive, but I'm not sure that the Blender plugin supports those yet?

It's not working on my side too. I think it's because of the geometry primitive. Scenes with regular meshes should work. In C4d plugin this works so I guess Blender plugin has something missing in that matter.

I will try with other no primitive geometry. But it works fine in the older Blender 2.79a under 2019.1.4 / 18.6.
I think I will also post this in the bugs section now - thanks for testing.

I can confirm it works as long as non-primitives are used in the ORBX export. This limitation currently doesn't exist in the pre Blender 2.8 builds so I hope it can be fixed soon. I have a lot of more complex scenes that hare made up of lots of primitives.

Upon further investigation I have found the following:
Proxy feature in latest Octane Blender builds for Blender 2.8 will fail if a PLACEMENT node is used. This of course prevents us from exporting as a proxy any transforms or animations done in Stand Alone. It also limits the complexity of the scenes that can be exported - pretty much limiting it to single objects
Neither of these limitations ever existed in Octane Blender for Blender 2.79.

We'll fix this in the next builds.
