Had repeated crashes on an animation - bug report attached.
Have optimised the scene, then had a render failure check log - also attached

Spent over an hour trying to sort so any help here appreciated, thanks and sorry if it's a howler

Version numbers/Driver?
1-Have you checked VRAM usage?
2-Using OOC?
3-Did you deleted materials for testing?

Hi Aoktar,

sorry this took me a couple of days to sort, lots of trial and error.

I checked all of things you mentioned, thank you.

The issue, through stripping the scene right back and testing individual elements, was actually down to an object that I had used a c4d 'poly reduction' on - it left me with a bunch of tri's which was what was causing an issue with octane. I remeshed this object with a volume builder/mesher and the problem was solved. So, not an Octane issue.

Thank you for your assistance, I have replied to says thanks and just in case anyone else has a similar issue.

Thanks again
