Hue spectrum range map

Octane maps hue from -1 to 1, centered on 0. However, most presentations for hue are from 0 degrees to 360 degrees, and that makes the range applied to the value in the UI to be rather abstract from an artist's point of view. Would it be possible to either map a hue gradient to the slider or to automatically convert the float range into degrees?

Where are you seeing -1 to 1, Jay? I see 0 to 360 degrees in the HSV option. I couldn't get the range you're seeing with the various combinations of Golor GUI Type and Slider Type options in Octane Settings/Settings/Other.

I may be misunderstanding.

Sorry, I was referring to the color correction node, not the color picker...

It's how like in standalone, did you ask to they change it for this? I'm not sure it's in range of 0-360 degree

Ah-ha! Yes, Jay, I see what you mean.

Ahmet, it seems to make sense that the Color Correction node's Hue slider/range would be one of the interface elements modified by Settings>Color GUI Type, and Settings>Slider Type. How often do you really need six decimal places of color correction precision in shader setup? And if you do need it, you can alway switch back to the -1 to 1 picker.
