Octane Bench SLOW

My octane benchmark v4 run seems to be quit slow : 145
RTX 2070 8Gb
MSI MEG X399 Creation mobo
64 gb ddr4
AMD Threadripper 2950X
Any ideas to speed things up as average is around 200 in the Octane Benchmarks results page.
Many thanks in advance!

Interesting. Would be wise to reinstall drivers and check the load on GPU while it is rendering. Smth is clearly not good here. 2070s as You already pointed are faster than 200 in most cases.
Sinc.

Another thing to mention, if that is not obvious, keep an eye on temperatures during rendering. In some cases You can loose a lot of performance, like pointed in this post:

Hi dbmd,
The GPU-Z temperatures and load look very consistent, no throttling or issues there. Only thing that stands out to me is the PCIe bus speed which is at x4. I believe this should be x16 which enables higher bandwidth between CPU/RAM and the GPU, but, I'm not sure if it is a factor in the process since i'm no expert on how this rendering stuff works in regards of data exchange between those components.
We'll have to dig a little deeper
Regards,
