Hello - is there a video or tutorial on the correct procedure to activate / deactivate an Octane Subscription on one machine and use it on another?

Hi,
firstly, close all the Octane instances, and check the status of your licenses by visiting your personal OctaneLive page here:
for Commercial Enterprise licenses
for Subscription Studio licenses

If both Standalone, and plugin licenses (they always work together) are listed in green as Available, you can instantly activate on another machine.

If they are listed in blue as Active, you need to manually deactivate your licenses.
In the active machine, please go to Account panel, and press the sign-out button, to deactivate your licenses, here is an example from C4D: If you cannot manually deactivate your licenses, you need to use the web deactivation by pressing the red Unlock button beside of both Standalone and plugin licenses in the OctaneLive page: Please note that the web deactivation should be used only if the active machine is no more reachable, or if the manual deactivation doesn’t work.

Please also note that the web counter will be reset to maximum after a certain period of time, if the unlock button will not be used during that time.
