c4d hangs at startup ( R21 with every OC 2019 version)

hello,
meanwhile this is the third version of oc 2019 enterprise which causes a hang up at startup (plugin initializing)
this issue only appears with c4d R21. R20 with oc 2019 works without any problem ( same workstation)
deleting the "otoy_credentials" does not help.
the logfile shows nothing:

It may be due to blocking octane plugin from firewall or antrivirus software.

everthing is disabled. but the issue is still there

1-be sure that everything installed correctly and using at least 21.022 not older version.

hi ahmet
nothing works. u updated everything ( C4d R21.026) disabled the firewall completely but octane hangs at startup
i also tried to add a specific firewall-rule for R21 (incomming and outcomming tasks) but nothing helps
i also deleted every other plugin
i installed the oc-standalone and the slave-daemon, both are working on the workstation without any trouble.
C4d R20 works also without any problem

Why do you show R20 version? You say R21 is not working..

this is the right one:
the oc-plugin is installed in the first directory. but no matter which one i use: the result is all the same.

Please, change the name of the folder from Plugins to plugins, and install only a copy of c4doctane folder, removing in it the unnecessary .cdl64/.xdl64 files not related to R21.
