[17.10 Blender stops rendering after 22-24 frames

In Blender 17.19 (2018) Blender stops rendering after 22-24 frames. Denoiser is turned on. If the denoiser is turned off it renders fine.
This happens only on Windows systems. On OSX it renders fine.

Here is the log sample:

Hello J.C,
It looks like an engine issue complaining about insufficient GPU memory. I will double-check it on my end.

Hello DrawFun,
I've checked on Standalone and it's the same. Looks like it's engine issue.
