Getting Alpha from 32bit map

Hi,
translating some billboards from Lw to Octane.
In Lw i can get Color and alpha info from same node:

In Octane i did not find a way so i had to do this:

same image nodes, one in color and one in Alpha mode.
Am i missing something or this is correct workflow for Octane ?
In case, it would be useful to be able to get Alpha from same node as in LW. Maybe inside Diffuse node there could be an option (like also Vray does) - a switch which tells the node to gather Alpha (and not RGB) for given channels (i.e. Opacity). So if i plug same node into Opacity, it will not get the RGB info but Alpha one automatically.

Thanks
Paolo

Yes, sorry, currently in Octane the node to get the alpha is not the same than the node used to get the RGB, so you need two nodes even if the image is a single RGBA one.

Thanks,
