Hi Jim,

There is a bug for a while with the plug already 3 version of the plug.

It's when we plug a 2d transform on the spherical projection at the imager on the sunsky node.
If we do a key and try to change while doing ipr doesn't work the rotations anymore.

Before was working well I guess is not forcing loading the changes.

The work around we did was plug the rotation transform at a one locator and key that locator rotations.
But is not really great.

Would be nice if we get a quick fixe on this please.

Best,
JO

Hi Jim,

Please take a look at this video, from the begging you can see the rotation is working while doing the IPR but after key the rotation value is not updated I can see is reloading but is not working as was working before.

Is quite a problem while lighting the shots on the scenes cause we can't preview on the fly the key without stop completely and reload.

after we do the quick fix by adding a locator key to force the plug to load the changes.

Hope this help enough to do, in any scene is like that, is not linked on specific scene problem but plug bug. (cause before was working)

Cheers,
JO

Is the same thing I have mention here:
viewtopic.php?f=110&t=71302
but it looks like they "can't reproduce this."

Nevermind for me anymore, since I have passed to 2019 and using RS there...

Hi Nedan,

I guess with the video Jim can see and understand, Yes is not that simple to spot if we actually doesn't light the scenes with key and etc. Hopefully will be fixed. but check the video the workaround for now.

Best,
JO
