Liquid Rendering - Particulates

I'm making an attempt improving the material like Italian dressing (attached) which has transparency, translucency and particulates.
I have tried a mixed Glossy/Diffuse material with SSS, but it's just not getting there.
Any suggestions?

Try to use only a Specular material with Scatteting Medium node, and geometry particles with a different Specular material with Instance Color or Instance Range for variations.
