Hi,

Been trying to figure out which kind of normal map Octane uses.
In substance painter, you can export either a Direct-x or an Open Gl normal.
Having a hard time to make any of them look good in Octane.

Would be grateful for Any suggestions?

David

Silly question. In the video he makes use of Float Texture nodes. These exist in the C4d and Blender plug-in's but I do not see such a node in Octane SA. Is the equivalent of the Float Texture node in SA the Greyscale Color node?

Hi pegot,
yes correct, Float Texture node == Greyscale Color node.
