Few items I made for an archviz project I've been working on (its still in progress but nearly finished).
Modeled and Textured in Blender and ZBrush
Rendered in Octane Render
Maps and Post in Photoshop
C&C are highly appreciated to help me improve my work.
ed: I decided to upload more images here, without posting new topic, in order to let you see all the images altogether...there will be more coming right here from the same project.

Wow. This is seriously good stuff. I especially like the details of the chairs (bump map, screws, UV mapping...).
Thanks for sharing,
Marcus

it is really top notch work.. can you give us a bit detail about your lighting for chair-table set... .. ( if you share your ocs (without models) it would be just awesome)

Thank you Tyrot.
For the chair-table set I used one of Brian James' Artificial studio environments that you can find here:
http://www.refractivesoftware.com/forum ... 46&start=0
Please, make some tests to decide witch one suits better the actual scene you are trying to light, as they provide totaly different results.
Sorry to say that, but if it comes to ocs', I would rather show the presets and explain the details than just send them, to remain fair with the authors of the original textures.
Anyway,
Thank you for your kind words
PJ

Really beautiful renders there - there's a sharpness and smoothness in them that is uncharacteristic of most GPU renders - I really look forward to seeing some of these in an interior setting, would it be possible to list the original render resolution and render times?

Nice work! I've seen something weird with the depth of field though, very strange... in Gilbert Detail 03.jpg, notice how the blurry background turns sharp as it approaches the foreground chair. What's going on Octane?

Hi Proupin,
Thanks! You have a really good eye for details...it seems that after hours of staring at the screen and out of a hurry I just didn't notice that error.
It's absolutely no Octane. It's me
I blurred the background in PS, but not carefully, apparently.
I'll have it fixed as soon as possible and post the results.
Thanks for paying attention - that will definitely make my works look a bit better,
PJ
EDITED:

- The image is fixed now...
thanx again ;)
