3.07-R2 fog thickness issues

I started messing around with fog and noticed that for some reason if fog thickness on the environment tag is ~10, the light itself casts a shadow when you are far away.

The way to fix it is to either disable shadow casting on the light itself or to tweak the thickness until the shadow fades out or something.

I guess this is a bug? I don't see how this could be a "feature".

Always try to use values are bigger than scene bounding box radius.
