Speed up - Animation settings octane C4D

I'm currently using this specs in my PC:
- Asus MAXIMUS VIII RANGER Z170
- D432GB 3200-16-18-18 Ripjaws V K4
- EVGA6GB D5 X GTX980 Ti Hybrid R
- Intel Core i7-6700K 4000 1151 BOX
I'm preparing some files in c4d to render as animation under octane 3.07-R2.
I did a test, and was surprised it took +-2 min per frame to render at 1680 x 1050 pix, pathtracing (see details in attach)
Some questions here:
- Is there something I forgot in the settings to speed up the render time?
- In my render setting I have checked also the hair render, because of the character in my file. Is this ok in combination with the octane render? (see attach)
- I still have the octane standalone 3.02, does it have any influence on the plugin 3.07-R2 in C4D?
- What is the best option for animation, direct lighting or pathtracing? (see attach)
- Are the settings for the render priority correct? (see attach)
- Do I have to select or change something at the out of core menu? (see attach)
Best,
T
