Rendering and export / Secondary concern

Hello, I'm extremely new to this all. I mapped out an animation completely FumeFX smoke in 3ds Max, I noticed the render didn't match in positioning, so I moved my workflow over to Octane Standalone, Now, there are two things I'm curious about. and I sincerely apologize because I know it's a stupid question, I'd rather just ask here instead of potentially destroying my hard work.
1. If I have an animation prepared and sized up in Octane render, I want to make sure i'm doing this correctly, Do i go to Script, and then Batch Rendering so I can export it as a png sequence? Is there a way to render it as a video? (I won't use this one more than likely i'm just curious.) at what point do I use octane render cloud?
also
2. When I go through my animation, I often go to specific frames (IE: Frame 50, 65 etc) And save them as an individual frame and lay that on top of my AE Composition, in this particular animation the cg lines up perfectly, however when I go to Batch render it doesn't match at all, while it's in the same general location it is off enough to where it's almost unusable. How come when i go to hit "Save current render to disk" Under the preview window I get a closer look to what I want then when I hit "Batch Render?"
EDIT: OH you know what I might as well ask this here too, when I am working with "Octane Volume" in 3ds Max, The volume position doesn't match the position of my volume source at all, I have to manually adjust. Is there a fix for this?
