Scene package

Hi Juanjo,
I've a problem with package scene command. I need to package my scene for rendering on another station with Octane too and all is good but all octane texture have a problem when i try to reload my scene on another station. He doesn't find octane texture .

Yes, sorry. This is a known issue not fixed yet. The package scene tool currently can't find the textures used directly in the texture image nodes. All the textures loaded in the image editor are stored fine, but not the textures set by file name/path in these nodes.

I'll try to fix this limitation if possible.

for now, in my experience it is better to stick to standard content directory and internally loaded resources than to direct link in octane nodes. this also applies to IES files. i use to have all octane materials which i am using in octane setup as basic LW materials as well, in a way all textures are loaded in a slot and can be used from layouts/ modelers image list. same applies for IES lights, i have one placeholder native LW IES light for each of them. this way if you package files, all gets files well and you don't need to care anymore.
