Hi,

My general workflow involves exporting obj files and rendering with the standalone version. I downloaded a demo to test the plugin workflow in Rhino. Unfortunately the same scene which works fine in standalone is only shows as a white screen in the Rhino Octane Render window. Any help in trouble shooting this is much appreciated.

Hi - I have no seen this before. It appears to have rendered 5000 samples in 0 secs. Can you pls save the scene causing this in Rhino format and send it to me? Also - can you post a screenshot of the Octane tab->Settings tab->Camera settings. Finally - what is your Rhino Layout set to? And what Viewport type do you have selected when you open the Viewport?

I will upload the scene and the camera settings in a couple of hours. I was using a perspective viewport for this test.

I tried attaching the file to this post. Website is giving error 'the extension 3dm is not allowed'. I think the problem may be specific to this file as I was able to generate a demo preview with another demo file just now. Let me know if you want the file and I can email it to you.
