IPR doesn't refresh anymore when launching a new IPR session while already using IPR with a render region.

To reproduce with any Maya scene :

1/ Disable Use Pick Focus region in the current camera (this will activate the render region mode)
2/ Launch IPR
3/ Draw a region in the render view
4/ Click on the IPR button
5/ Now IPR is frozen, unless you unable again Use Pick Focus region

When this bug happens, Octane is still rendering under-the-hood but stops to feed the renderView buffer with the updated render.

oh, man, this is what was causing my issue! I hope this gets fixed super quick because it makes it seem like V3 is just plain broken if you don't know that this is the culprit.
