License issues...

AGAIN, when i transfer my licenses to my laptop I got problems and AGAIN noone gets back to me
from the support for a whole day, and I cant use octane to do my job FOR A WHOLE DAY!!! 24hr support
Is neccessary when your license activation process has SO MANY ISSUES!
Deactivated both standalone licenses on my desktop, activated them on my laptop, it worked that day
and i was able to render just fine yeterday. Today when I got up and wanted to continue my work, for
some reason, both standalone and plugin for poser was deactivated again. When I tried reactivating,
Standalone activates fine but the smith micro plugin, says "Error activating account - could not connect
to server". After standalone activated just fine... As far as I remember Im having those issues EVERY
SINGLE TIME I do this. I dont do this very often but still. One would think that OTOY would FIX this
fashistic license control mechanism... :/
Two emails to support have been sent... no answer... I would appreciate any help Thank you
