Shader Variation with Render Instances Off ?

I know there are a few ways to get variation with octane shader & cloner but they all seem to need Render Instances to be on.
Is there a way to get shader variation with Render Instances off ?

Thanks. Can I still use octane glossy, etc with mograph colors ?

mg color is texture. You can use in anywhere as diffuse slot of material.

More will come when Otoy team added the new texture types.
