Are you switching between different plugin v3 versions?
Which plugin version?
What are your hw and sw specs?

Hi,
This is a known bug we've fixed and will be included in the next release.
In the meantime, in order to circumvent it you may reset your authentication data by manually deleting this file:
%APPDATA%/OctaneRender/otoy_credentials

Good to see you got it working, please keep an eye so you get the next version when it's released where this should be fixed already.
