Hello,

I have a problem with the octane voulume(wsm) on top of Phoenix object.

I have a moving object with smoke on it. the Simulation in phoenix and in the max wieport is ok.

In octane preview, when i move the timeline, the smoke disapear randomly.
If i move any value in the octane volume(wsm) the smoke come back

when i render the sequence, i have no smoke.

Another bug : when i reload a scene, i have random value in the camera exposure

thank you

Hi,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. One question: how fast do you tend to move across the timeline? There are cases of frames being skipped out because the Fume meshes do not update quickly enough.

The camera exposure bug sounds interesting, I will see if I can duplicate that.

Thank you Azen,

when i move fast or frame by frame it's hiding the volume randomly.
when i rendering the animation file, i have no smoke.

thank you

I see, it is bizarre that the VBD has not showing up in your final render - have I understood that part correctly? Please let me know more about your setup and materials. If you can provide a basic scene demonstrating this issue, I can look through it for you.

Cheers,
Azen
