Memory hog rendering animation

Hello Aoktar! how are you?
I'm having a weird issue with this animation i'm trying to render out. Have a look:
ERROR SCREENCAP.jpg
This scene started in v2 and was moved to v3. When i made the change everything went smoothly except for some octane scatter issues. the objects scattered were different in size from the one in v2, i manually fixed them and everything was sweet.

the animation's full lenght is 660 frames, when i reach frame number 480 or so, octane behaves really weird, first, i noticed a huge memory hog happened and this leads to a crash.
Then i tried to render again from where it stoped(480), results are:

everytime i try to render it, it renders one frame, and then when it tries to render the second frame the memory hog kicks in untill the program crashes.

EDIT 1: I tried to export the scene to a ORBX so i could try to render it straight from Octane standalone, but it's useless, everytime i try to export to animated ORBx. octane crashes.

EDIT 2: Downgraded from V3 to V2 to try a new render. Issue remains the same, after the second frame memory hog starts leading to crash after several minutes of beeing iddle.

EDIT 3: Found out what may be causing the problem. Hair!! The cow object has two hair objects growing hair onto it. Hair stands for the cow's hair and hair rabo for the tail's hair.
They are pretty much identical with the exception that one is dynamic(tail) and the other is not.

EDIT 4: Memory hog comes back after frame 512!!!! mother fucker.... so, Hair isn't the one to blame, what is it then?

What buggs me is why would it give me trouble around frame 480 and not form the very start? it looks like it just starts caching endlessly untill it crashes.
any idea on why this could be happening?

Here's a link for the scene so you can have a look https://www.dropbox.com/s/hswhgr3l7i334 ... e.rar?dl=0.
I sent the password through PM.

Information:

A. Operating System, including version win 8
B. Graphics Card(s) model GTX Titan
C. RAM Capacity 6 GB
D. Nvidia driver version 368.22
E. OctaneRender Standalone version, if installed 3.0
F. OctaneRender plugin version 3.0 r1
G. Host application version, including build number if available CINEMA 4D r16 0.50

Thank you so much for your help!

Thanks for scene. Your scene is a bit huge to check immediately. Makes me out-of-ram on a 20gb system.
What's changing after frame 180? Also do you know why editor/render settings are important for objects like subdivision object?

Hey man!
Yeah, scene is kinda big, i left it untouched as i have no clue of what's happening there or causing it to behave that bad, to many things, nothing special after frame 180, really, i'm even more puzzled after turning of hair and still having the same issue.... Added that as an EDIT 4 entry on the original post.

Any idea of what might be happening?

"Also do you know why editor/render settings are important for objects like subdivision object?" What do you mean?

Thank you in advance. :)

I'll divide and check your scene. About subdivisions, LV use viewport polygons but final render use render data. In other word editor parameter is for LV, render parameter is for PV. So in picture viewer you'll get much more polygons against LV in this case.

Can you try to render hair object without vertex motion? Also There is a extreme movement at frame 480. I think that makes a hard case for the renderer with combination of mblur on hair+cow.

Will try these!

Thank you man, I'll let you know as soon as i get any response.
The fast movement makes sense, because it is crashing while moving.

Hi again,
Your situation is very similar to another case we hit on a scene. It had a very fast jumping character with vertex moblur. And data compilation was going crazy at these frames. I'm still trying to understand that's exactly same or not. But propably it's not about plugin but a renderer issue.

Aoktar you bloody genius!

Motion blur was the villian, after turning of motion blur on the hair objects we're rendering smooth!

Thank you very much for your help!
