Hi, I would like to ask if I am missing somethink. I composite Multilayer from modo and Beauty did not match multipass compositing. Should I add some other passes?

You are using the correct set of render passes.

Are you using linear colour space? I see that the file is called 'phones tonemapped.exr". Make sure that you have the tonemapping curves set to linear, gamma to 1 and no vignet.
