When using forest pro while using octanerender viewport if you change the geometry to something else it crashes out of max.

Windows 10 x64
Titan X
Ram 32gb
Nvidia Driver 365.10
Octane render plugin 3.00 - 3.12
3dsmax 2016 x64

Yes it is a bug forever. I think it has to do with the import/xref'ing the new geometry ForestPack loads. You have to close the viewport, change geometry and then open the viewport again. This works. On large scenes I hide all stuff except the forest object i work on so the windows opens quickly.

Could you please write the steps how to reproduce... Perhaps with scene attached...

Load any preset from forest pro, likee grass across land or something. Then open octanerender viewport. Then try to change the forest pro to a different preset, it will crash out max

I gotta tell you, lately you guys have really been on your game and really impressing us. Great job and you made Version 3 pretty damn solid for production. thank you!

In next version do you mean 3.1 or a newer daily build?

Yes, with the next build.
Our standalone team needs some time to do a couple of critical improvements... I will release as soon as this new SDK is ready.
