Hello. I have a GTX 745 and Octane 2.x
I want to know how to render animations such as moving objects and export them into Octane Standalone. I do have the OctaneExport plugin.. and have tried the Render Animations button. However, it only renders with the static object. I would like to know how to render animations such as objects moving in Standalone without having to set the materials every time with .obj.. I have tried Alembic files but it seems like the materials application are grouped to groups of objects, instead of each object gets a material. Please help

Hi guyhoka,
look at this example:

if you want to have a better control on material assignment, you can freeze the object in poly mode and create proper named polygon selections for every material.
