BUG OcDS - Animation rendering - always 1024x512 (solved)

Animations in OcDS render again with the selected dimension values.
Over the weekend there was a forum post by bmosalt that something is off with the Animation Camera Dimension settings.
It was not quite clear if it was user error or software error. I wanted to hold off testing until OR 3.0 is officially released...

With Build 3.0.20.22 dimension values set in the Render Settings are not used when rendering an animation.
-> The resolution and framing of the image in the animation rendering is different than in a single image rendering with the same camera.
No clue why but here is what happend:
Test Scene:
Render Setting selected Dimension: 720x405 (16:9)
Sphere Position Frame 1
Sphere Position Frame 10
What the animation preview looks like in ORIB
When checking the Windows explorer folder it became obvious that different render dimensions were used
AND
the framing is different than defined:
1024x512
Tested with
OcDS 3.0.20.22
