Don't works movable proxy for particles when particles deletes from scene.
Don't works animated bitmap "Syns Frame to Particle Age" with particles.
p.s
previously worked
Either one works, then another, then all is not updated.

Thank you. Will check it on Monday.

Works OK for me for both: "movable" particles disappear when needed, and the bitmap is animated.

How about a small long plane? In your video, is still in scene and not deleted.
bitmap anim work i know, but it not synchronic by event. Synchronization with particles by event not work!
Thats is Scanline

Yes, Octane image textures do not support the particle age sync currently, thank you for pointing it out... The "Sync Frames to Particle Age" option you've enabled - is an option of standard 3ds Max Bitmap texture.
I will investigate a ways to implement it for Octane textures in future versions...
