Hi! I have a problem with Standalone version of Octane. I bought it today and i very upset... It's crush every time. I'd installed the latest CUDA Drivers and nVidia Driver. Doesn't work anyway... Please help help help...

weird, unfortunately I don't have 10.10 on my Mac Pro anymore, but I can run Octane 2.25 on 10.9.5 and 10.11.4 with no issues As you can see, the CUDA drivers are updated to the latest ones, while the graphic drivers come directly from Os X, no special Nvidia drivers installed on both.
Which drivers have you installed?
You can go back to the original Os X driver by installing again the 10.10.5 combo update:

I'd installed the latest NVIDIA Web Driver: 346.02.03f01 - latest available... and CUDA driver also 7.5.26. Will 10.10.5 combo update uninstall my NVIDIA Web Driver do you think?..

unfortunately that version is specific for 10.10.5, so I cannot install them on my system, sorry
My suggestion is to go back to the original osx drivers, I don't remember of other users with your specific issue
If I remember well, there should also be a specific menu or an item in the system preferences to go back to the original drivers
