Have you checked if the file is in the user folder?
C:\Users\xxx\Autodesk\Softimage_2015_SP1\Addons\OctaneForSoftimage64\Application\Plugins

The folder should contain this files:
eula.txt
history.txt
octane.dat
octane.dll
OctaneInternal64.dll
vcomp100.dll
version.txt
whats_new.txt

Hi, face!
All work, but render region stable crushed softimage.

Upd: after changed parameters (octane imager) rendered not continue, but begins first.
