OctaneLive activation - timeout & saving password

Hi, I'm on a very fast, always-on cable internet connection here in Maryland, USA. I almost never have latency or bandwidth issues. However in the last month, every time I try to render an animation, about once an hour OctaneLive activation fails. I've grown accustomed to just leaving Notepad open with my octanelive userid and password, but it's very frustrating - what should be a 8-hour render turns into a weeklong ordeal.
I'd like to ask two things:
1. Could you please increase the timeout? Or just keep retrying every 30 seconds, even while the userid/password dialog is showing?
2. Could you at least save my userid and password so I don't have to copy & paste each time?
