Could not connect to authentication server. Server down???

Does anyone know if the authentication server is down?
I deactivated yesterday and came back to my machine today to reactivate.
It will not connect to the authentication server.
I tried deactivating from the website but still doesnt work.
Anyone know of a fix as I have no idea how long otoy support are going to take and I need to get jobs out today

I just bought a standalone version of octane and I'm trying to activate through live activation, but, it says 'could not connect to server'
anyone help

Hi jidaikaizen,
are you getting the user id and pw for activation from your personal area clicking on the top right button on this site and going in the licenses section? The server is up and running, you shouldn't have issues in activating your licence

It's late in LA, but will have someone look into it. We get notified if the system has issues. Not seeing that on this end.
