Seriously liking OR, here's an old model, there are problems as I used partial UV's and the OBJ format doesn't like them! Hence no textures, let's hope if FBX is implemented then partial UV's won't be a problem!
Anyways 3 different views, the top 2 views are using the same HDR.
Oh and I only let the images cook for 2 mins, I am really impatient as I can't do anything else while things are cooking...

IF you are impatient with waiting for things to render, set them rendering when you are off cooking or if you need to go to the toilet. Then you don't have to worry about not being able to use your computer

Thanks, the model isn't quite as tight as I'd like it, plus I was just getting my head round modo at the time + budget constraints played a part.
It's also a shame that I never did UV it properly, maybe one day I will update areas.
The 3rd image is the only one where I enabled a slight amount of DOF

Can you make the second one and the third one a little higher res and more cooked ?
And add credits for gallery
We need gallery material, not just test-renders
Please post separate renders, its better suited for the gallery
Very good model and renders

Sure I'd be more than happy to do a better/longer render! I'm cooking up something else at the moment, this will be a freeby model, shame I can't save the material attributes tho'

(
I guess it won't be long before the BETA is available

) No pressure there then!

nice images,
but the first suffers from a lot of aliasing.
did you enable the 'filter' in the settings of the render kernel ?

I hadn't enabled the filter as I didn't use it on the 1st render which is the one front on. That didn't have any aliasing issues, however I'm churning one out now with filter checked.
