Hi all

I had a message come up that I wasn't using a legitimate copy of Windows 7.

I have fixed this (following Microsoft phone instructions etc.) and now my maya and Octane standalone give me the following message:

Maya error:
// Error: Error activate Octane plugin: This plugin account is currently activated on another machine. Please deactivate it on the other machine first and wait 30 minutes before re-activating it on this machine, or activate another account on this machine.

I have also emailed license support.

I'm in the middle of a project, so any help would be really appreciated.

Log in on the website (render.otoy.com), go to the customer area, OctaneLive Accounts tab, deactivate standalone and plugin, restart the software.
Does it work?

Thanks for the advice. Trying now.
Says I have to wait 59 min before I can activate. Fingers crossed.
