Environment Texture Rotation

Dear Octane Users/Staff
First I'd like to say, thanks for this great render engine! I'm having a lot of pleasure using it!
One problem I was not able to solve by my self was environment texture rotation.
The manual (
http://render.otoy.com/manuals/Blender/?page_id=77 ) says that there are is a rotation option in the octane
environment settings, but there is none in the version (
http://render.otoy.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=45406 ) I am using.
So I tried to use a full transform or a rotation node. Using these i could rotate the environment texture, but sadly
not around the z axis.
How can I do this?
Thanks in advance!
Regards Christoph

Sometimes it is working but sometimes the translation is not woking. Do you have the same issue?

Ok, I'v got it.
You have to change scene settings to NONE to make it work!
Is it a bug or not? I've read about this issue from post dating back to 2014.

What scene settings? where? At the moment, modifying X-Translation does absolutly nothing for my texture sky ... it just remains where it is. What does the value represent btw? It says "meters" there, which is a bit odd for a rotation? How many "meters" equal 90 Degrees of rotation? Very bizarre...
EDIT: Found out myself (but leaving the question). I had just put numbers in that by default were meters .. that did nothing. As soon as I started using small values (0.1) I ended up with centimeters and then it finally started rotating....

I think we can compare the hdri translation to moving UVs in UV image editor. If the environment texture was mapped onto a sphere, and we moved the UVs by 1 x their width, we would see no change - just as if we rotated the sphere by 360 degrees.
If you set units to None in the Scene tab, and translate the environment texture by 0.1, the effect will be as if you rotated the environment by 36 degrees.
If you set units to Metric, the default increment in the Transform node becomes 1m instead of 0.1, which is why it may seem not to work properly - clicking the arrow on the slider "rotates" you by 360 deg. every time.
EDIT: You can drag the X-Translation slider while holding Shift or Alt - this forces smaller increments.

You can do this in two ways:
