Looking forward to texture baking.. Hopefully connection with Substance Painter will be an option,
Or is that totally unthinkable?

To my understanding, it is a cpu-gpu language.. ..so, it makes the GPU memory requirements moot?
I may be completely wrong.
But all in all. OR3 is outstanding.

Hard to wrap my head around all the possibilities that can be done, soon.
Makes me think only one thing:

PTEX!!!!! YES!!!! No more wasted UV space (or time wasted UVing). OpenVDB is gonna be awesome, don't have to use mantra anymore. Really interested to see what that texture baking can do in concert with nuke.
Im very happy.
