Hello
I'm trying to explane my problem in English (I'm a French user)
I'm trying Octane today, i'm usally used VRay + Sketchup.
When i'm testing the Demo scenes, no problem, but when i exporting scene from Sketchup in obj, the plane faces looks like circles !
What does it means ?
Thanks

Hi
That happens due to a bad scale of your object or 0,0,0 point being so far from your model.
In the octane settings ensure that you choose the units your model is in your main app.
Hope this helps!
Cheers

Check your texture scale (tiling settings) units, it almost appears as if they are set to a very high number.

I'd hazard a guess that you have a duplicate of the model directly over the first.

Can you post the file I can take a look to see what's going on.
I see that you are a licensed customer. Are you using the Sketchup to Octane Script?

I've seen this in a Sketchup model that I downloaded a while back. The solution was to load the model in Blender and remove the duplicate vertices. This further made the appearance worse. I then made sure the mesh was then assigned the correct material as each face was randomly the correct color and an additional one. Once I did this, it was much better.
