Network Rendering

It seems to be that when using network rendering, if one of the slaves disconnects, you lose all the samples from that computer. Is that right? is it a bug or something that is known?
A slave is treated the same way local GPUs are treated. Which means you will lose all samples when a slave is disconnected.
