shadows problem

Hi,

I have a problem with a opacity channel. it has a map to clip de texture, but the shadow continues being kept full... i think that Octane 1.55 it works...

You need to enable the "Alpha shadows" option in the kernel node.

The direct shadow disappear, are you using also an HDRI environment map? ... I am not sure now if the opacity shadows works with the environment light.

Nope, this is not the problem, here the HDRI environment shadows also disappear with the opacity parameter. Perhaps it is a shading issue, because you are using for example the dirt node in the floor?

Actually, i am using dirt node... that is the problem.
