shading problem with round egdes

hi,
at first: thanks a lot for your hard work and this awesome update aoktar ! i really enjoy it!
today i found that there is an issue with the new round edges shader. for me it works more or less only with very simple geometry. i tested a couple of objs exported with MOI and have always results like that: in vray the round egdes shader looks as expected: is there something i am doing wrong? i played with the object-scale and the rayeplison-value without success.here is the projectfile:
