Yes - this is listed in the "TODO" section of the release notes http://render.otoy.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=45&t=38937. Octane 1.5 does not support the method the Poser plugin was using for image sequences, so I will need to re-implement this.

Animation sequences works on my machine. But I have another problem with animations that I open a string in a moment. One problem I have always had whatever drivers, graphics cards and software versions!

win7, 64 gigabytes of RAM, Asus X79 motherboard render graphics card Geforce GTX690 both channels, Video Display Adapters GTX 750TI, latest drivers of all latest software from OCTANE

The last version that animation image sequences worked was 1.20.2.8.

Not sure what you mean by "that I open a string in a moment".

Hi Paul!
You found the string allredy.

With the version of drivers - the newest - i use the sequence (pushing it one frame forward at a time) works. Only used .jpg.

Animated Image Sequence not working in Poser
I have a potential solution for this - but need some feedback from you. This could be implemented by REMOVING the "Animated Image Sequence:" checkbox - and having ANY image with a filename ending in "_0001" considered animated, so at frame two the plugin would try to load the same filename ending in "_0002", etc. If say at frame 20 the plugin cannot find the filename ending in "_0020", it would start back at the filename ending in "_0001".

So in summary, all image files ending in "_0001" would be animated.

Would this work for you?

I have re-implemented animated image sequences, which you can try at http://render.otoy.com/customerdownload ... _Win64.exe. It does not restart at _0001 (ie. it does not loop back to the first image when it cannot find an image), so you will need an image for each animation frame.

Let me know how you can with this pls.
