Rendering finishes after 1 frame ( R15.057 / Octane 1.13 )

Hi all,

When rendering a frame range, the Octane Plugin often finishes after the first frame and declares the job finished.
Anyone else having this trouble?

Hi there,
is it for 1.13c?
can you give me more info? is this occuring for a spesific scene or mostly?
What's your comp and os specs? Are you using multipass?
Can you post console output with logging?

Octane Plugin Version 1.13

Hardware & OS
Windows 7 SP 1
Dual Xeon E5 2660 / 32 GB / GeForce 770 4 GB

Render Settings
1280x720
Multipass: 1x Object Buffer, Depth Pass
Frame Range: 0 - 100
Direct Lighting / GI_DIFFUSE

Sadly there is no error log, as the plugin does not consider it to be an error :)
Octane only tells me: ***********VP RENDER FINISHED**************

can you try pls 1.14 or coming version if it's released when you read this message? I think there was a problem for multipasses

tried new plugin version 1.16, still the same bug with multipass animation rendering in picture viewer: Rendering finishes after first frame...

Hi aoktar & all,

I think i found the problem: When having a mixed material setup with C4D standard & octane materials, the rendering of an animation stops after the first frame. With a clean scene that contains only octane materials, the rendering works like a charm, even with Multipass object buffers enabled.
