OctaneRender® for 3ds max® v1.25[Test]

Changes since 1.22a
  • IES Lights fix.
  • Live DB fix
  • Fixed box mapping in object space.
  • Allow negative values for the object scale.
DOWNLOAD

We have 4 separate archives available for download, for Autodesk® 3ds max® 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. For 2014 use files from 2013.
Each archive contains the manual and installation text file, and both 32bit and x64 versions of the plugin,
so you only need to download one archive for your 3ds max® version from the following download links:

Why octane works fine when unit is centimeters and don't work when it's meters.
I mean bump map is broken with projection mapping (in meters) and work fine when unit is centimeter.

here the basic scene
you can see diffuse works but bump is broken.

The scale is too big.
We will thing about ability set bump power bigger than 1.

Can anybody tell me if the procedural textures now get stuck on the mesh when these are deforming or transforming?

this is much needed to avoid having to use resort to maps to save on Video Ram :(
