Hi

i have some Endomorphs in my scene but octane is not taking them into account. They are set up with morph mixer in the objects properties panel.

Any idea how this is going to work? Or is it not working at all?

Thanks in advance.

Any kind of deformations should work with Octane. Can you please send to me a simple scene with your setup to test it here?

Don't know why it didn't work yesterday. Today it works fine. :|

Thanks anyway!

Hi again.

Today i'm on a new scene and it won't work.
I attached a very simple scene.
The orange bottle in the scene has a morph applied and should "blow" up. The morph is animated via envelope. The same procedure that worked yesterday. But octane does not want to render it. Im in the middle of production and appreciate any help!

'Object dissolve' is also not working although it should. :?

The problem with endomorphs is that your scene has enabled the "Instance LW Clones" parameter in the render target options. The instances can't morph becase all of them are a copy of the master object (the first one in the list). If you disable this option all works fine.

Perhaps your problem with dissolve is the same ... dissolve is shared among instances, so with "Instance LW Clones" enabled you can't use dissolve with cloned objects.

This setting solved the issues. Now it works fine, both endomorphs and dissolve.

Thanks you so much for your help!
