Perfect teeth material -need recipe!

Hi all - if you already have (or want a challenge!)... I need to show nearly perfect teeth MATERIAL.
Example:
https://www.google.com/search?q=teeth&e ... 1460%3B996
See how that is close by (but NOT exactly) glossy porcelain? There's just a hint of transparency & absorption with extra shine.
How can I reproduce that (or if there's a better example of REAL teeth to use even).
(so far I have a copy of porcelain, then added another mix for glossy and specular and played with opacity ... not good enough)
Thanks,

i remember having spent hours and days to create the "perfect" teeth material;
the problem is, that the usual teeth geometry is just not sufficient (a single mesh), so you will imo need several uv-mapped textures to simulate at least 3 layers: the liquid film, the enamel and the dent core. my theory was to use a glossy/specular mix with a thinfilm, using different painted maps for nearly all channels (specular/roughness, bump, opacity, refraction and the thinfilm thickness), as well as sss on the specular mat plus more painted maps for the scattering direction and absorption. i'm just not good in painting maps by hand (or even patient enough), so i quit without having much success...

Thanks t_3. I am willing to reduce "perfect" to "realistic" (more on the 'real' less on the 'isitic').
I believe with the right opacity upon porcelain/enamel + the right bump, plus a specular addition - it is possible to believe the teeth are real... (I especially like the canines)

looks not that bad imo; what indeed is missing are some bumps; should be possible to add them using marble procedural node, maybe stretched along the y axis, to get some grooves here and there, and in return these characteristic irregular highlights. a thinfilm on the glossy node might also help, though this tends to be quite subtle.
and a little more yellowish color i'd say...

t_3: I appreciate honest feedback... how's this (and how exactly do you stretch marble on the y-axis? use rotation and choose the 2nd of 3 sliders??):

it thought about sthg like this:
apart from that i think it looks already more natural; the bump strength is a tad high, but that of course depends on how close the camera will finally be. to get a littel more brightness (i found that very difficult to get with a specular/glossy mix) you may try to cheat by adding an emission in the specular medium...

thanks - I tried to cheat brightness by (1) mixing a bit more diffuse than specular, and (2) turning up the index on specular.

Ok - ridges and bumps - I'm satisfied, but would appreciate ALL criticism from people who can see what I cannot (happens all too often).

Best I've been able to come up with so far, not perfect, but considering how much I show teeth, it's good enough for my use for a few hours of fiddling around.

Happy to trade recipes

perhaps there's some combination where it looks even better
