Exporting obj format problem

I'm using Maya 2013 for Interior Scene .

When I finished scene and assigned all geometry shaders then exported obj format to Octane , the weird thing is some different geometries shaders combined in one shader .
does anyone know how to solve this problem ? thx :idea:
