The current version does not support direct light thru transparent materials (such as glass), indirect gets calculated thou. But it'll be implemented pretty soon. Meanwhile you can use HDRIs to light your scene or take two pictures, one without the glass and another with it and blend both together.

kubo meant this:
1. you have to delete the glass from the windows windows in your 3D editing software, export and render it without windows
2. render the same thing with windows and blend them in photoshop or something

Looks sweet! make some materials, turn on the "smooth" on them, and try again
maybe spoil us with a pathtracing render? i guess you have some more power than most of us with the 2 GPUs

in many cases you don't even see a reflection on the glass in the window as it's far too bright outside,
so just render with no glass in it ?

thanks for responding to this follow-up questions, the detail is that I used the beta program and I can not make use of certain features of it, I tried to go in and buy a license and not allow me to access the page to acquire octanerender and get better.
the other thing is that when I try to put a texture to an object in 3d just applies to all elements sudece not understand why, because each element is properly modeled and mapped to program 3ds max and export it does not pass textures of the same, I think that being a trial version.
thank you for your comment, keep trying to login and buy a license.
regards

This usually is due to wrong obj export settings, check this thread for the exact values for your host app
