Another question..

I have in the scene a pool and a terrain with SEO (terrain minus pool)... when I launch the render I have a some black triangules inside the pool... I try with path and DL whith the same result. Is it normal with Solid Element Operations? I think that I can convert the terrain to a morph a fix it manually...

Have you tried adjusting the rayepsilon to fix this scene?

Yes, but not luck... If I remember well when I rendered it with maxwell It makes some artifacts too. I have made a lot of test with old works and I'm very pleasant with octane and with the plugin even with DL mode 3 it's very easy get good results!

Can you tell me how thick is wall that separate ground and water in swimming pool.
Modeling is problem I guess, can you post a section from archicad of that swimming pool ? I think that ground is entering your swimming pool...i mean plane of ground is overlaping plane of swimming pool wall. How did you model water....is that plane only on top or it is 3d body ?
...
I can bet its modeling error !

The ground its entering in the swimming, but It has a SEO to substract the swimming to the ground...

definitely its a modeling error...
Wait a sec, i will draw swimming pool and render it without artifacts.
Avoid finishing 2 planes at same place...Look at section you will see that my earth is not touching interior of pool and i draw water as slab without thickness. Your water is somehow conected to the wall of swimming pool. If you use library object, delete it and model your swimming pool with slab and wall
Draw your pool with wall and slab and don't bother with earth...draw it like slab with thickness of 30 cm
Look at Blender artist how they arrange scene drawing it with planes.
I didn't have more time to model something better but i think that you will draw it and render it RIGHT after remodeling your pool

I dont understand well... the swimming is a GDL object, I never will draw a pool with planes in Archicad... Archicad its a BIM software, if I dwaw the swimming with planes then I can't do schedules...

Sorry,
Draw it with walls and slab or
when you need to do presentation, copy your original archicad file, then edit it to be compatible with rendering laws

(there you can change everything and adjust to render properly cos BIM is not important now because you are making changes on copied file !
Or simply use bigger SEO object so that you cut more ground around swimming pool by 1 cm so that ground don't touch swimming pool and error in BIM (calculations) will be irrelevant
- This is your error, you are using GDL object for SEO and its not working because face of wall and face of earth are overlapping...Octane can't determine which one is in front !
I know its BIM but remember this is rendering software which is different in every way comparing to BIM. Octane Render is NOT aware of BIM information.
There are many workarounds for your problem, just pick one...
and open your mind

My mind is open... I'm official former of Archicad and GDL programmer so I know a lot of things to make it works well... but I think that Octane for Archicad is in beta stage yet and if I spend my time report this things is to make the pluggin better...

If your mind is open then your eyes are closed
Octane render is software which is used for rendering and not modeling. OC will render
exactly what have you modeled. Nothing more or less.
I can see here that your brain is trapped in BIM and Archicad and you don't know whats matter in rendering world. You must learn basic principles how to model and render
particular models (grass, swimming pool, bump, etc) and this stuff don't have nothing in common with BIM.
I see your problem as modeling problem in archicad and Octane will never render correct your models because you are stubborn to make few little changes in model.
If you change some particular stuff about your thinking than you will render your model correct !
So model correct and you will get correct results.
Anyway, Graphisoft is firm that doesn't care about this stuff, even you know that Archicad is half baked product with half baked commands and its faraway from ideal modeling software.
This is archicad modeling error...This dont have nothing to do with Octane. I'm doing BIM models too, but when i need to do presentation of model, BIM is not important...
Workaround your way !
