Hi All,

First: Great to see the plugin is now available for C4D! We want to start working with it straight away, but are having issues registering it:
The program keeps kicking us out while registering in the C4D plugin interface, repeating "Empty Account/Password!!!!" and then "Check your plugin account, retry....".

I'm sure we are using the right login name/serial from the OctaneLive account page, so that can't be the issue.

Is there a way you could help me?

Did you restart after the giving numbers and activation.
can you check your number begin with 75........ do you have a activated standalone on same machine? also can you check plugin and standalone activation status on Otoy account page?

maybe you have too many plug-ins in plug-in folder
sometimes it makes conflict
Make quick test .
Leave only octane and try restarting cinema 4d.

Hi guys, thanks for your quick reply.
The number does start with 75 and checks out on the account page. We are working on a set with a 1.1 standalone installed and the tip about the other plugins didn't work.
Any more ideas?

Allright we made it work: The plugin only works with the 32-bit libraries and 32-bit version of C4D R14.
Here it registers normally, but still won't register in 64 bit modus, even if we switch back the libraries to 64. :S

32-bit isn't really an option for us, so hopefully you guys can fix this asap!

have you try to run the r14 64 bit as administrator before activating?

thanks beppe, this administrative stuff gives chaos. your program in c:\program files

Having almost the exact same problem here with 64bit...

However, I get the message "wrong ID / Password" (although its correct) , then when I click activate it says "successfully activated... please restart app" but when I do ( in Admin mode ) the exact same thing happens again. Loopdee-loop... Everything was fine with non-integrated plug.

Any other ideas

please find this file and delete. Start in admin mode and activate. Be sure correct numbers giving (plugin start with 75----). Be sure standalone is activated
