Mixing environments?

I was wondering if it is possible to mix environments? I would love to have the daylight environment and combine a little bit if hdri shading also. I know that textures and materials can be mixed. If not, might I suggest a such a node if possible?

I am glad I am not the only one wanting to do this. Sometimes an HDR is not perfect but a mix between two would be.

Would look forward to this too -- in this case for arch exteriors. Would be nice to replace the sky in daylight with a HDRI.

yeah, this is useful =) but at the moment the only possible way is to render two separate images and blend them in PS =)
it's not perfect, nor fast, but..at least better than nothing =p

What would be great is to have a versatile mixer that could mix any type of nodes, as long as they where of the same type.

A thing that I am asking for since the early age of Octane is the ability of allowing a material to not cast shadows (non blocking the light).
This would allow to create spherical or cylindrical background with mapped skies and mountains or even far buildings, while using the Daylight system or the HDR environment.
